I enjoy clipping bits and pieces from a landscape to showcase what might otherwise be unnoticed. My photographer's eye is always alert for vignettes of unique interest.God used a rich palette to paint the Georgia country where I explored on this day. A bold red bluff was the perfect backdrop for woodland sunflowers and other blooms scattered along the roadside. Together they form a glorious tapestry, enjoyed by the few who travel this remote thoroughfare.

i really like the red background...so different than the typical green background i'm getting on my flower photos. i'm going to watch for some red in my backgrounds!!

The red background really make the flowers pop! I enjoyed the focus in the middle ground and the out of focus layers.
I too enjoy walks along the gravel road by our home. Flowers, birds, and other blessings bring much joy to my heart as my feet walk in worship to the Great Creator!!
